Returns & refunds

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. This is your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

How to return

1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page or at info@yfanto.com, including your order number.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items should be unused, with labels attached and in their original packaging where possible.

Refunds

We refund the full price, including the original delivery charge if any, within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may wait until the item arrives back with us, or until you send proof of return, before issuing the refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Unless an item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, the cost of sending it back is yours.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return costs.
